TESTIMONIAL
“Not only did Chris Jenkins of Hendersonville Farm help me to build my chicken coop, but I also bought several hens from him. They were all healthy at 8 weeks old and Chris even continued to give me advice on feed and answer all questions I had. He was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely buy from Hendersonville Farm again!”

About Ayam Cemani Chickens
Hendersonville Farm specializes in the rare Ayam Cemani chicken breed. They are entirely all black in color from feathers, to their beak, and even their internal organs! Ayam Cemani chickens had a dominant gene that causes the hyperpigmentation. The chicken breed originated from the island of Java in Indonesia and was used for religious and mystical purposes since the 12th century. Aram Cemani chickens are egg layers (their eggs are a light brown color) and are a great conversation piece!
